It wouldn’t be difficult for anyone here to make the sites much more difficult to protect but these are government sites which means they likely have incapable people working who are tied down by sixteen layers of bureaucracy.

When you run the java program, it only allocates something like 128 or 256MBs of RAM for the JAVA program. Since Minecraft needs more than that, you need to manually tell it on launch to use more RAM.

its not the server giving the error, its YOUR computer that does not have enough space to store the file your trying to download. You can clean up disk space all you want, if your drive is full, its full, theres nothing you can do except remove a program or install another drive.
