We all go into panic mode when files are lost or deleted inadvertently. There was a time when we used to think that once files are lost there’s nothing that can be done. There is already a company that uses Exabyte as a trademark, and since they are already into hardware they would fight your trademark and probably win. They can say that since names are so similar that people will think it was them, not you, who is putting out the software.
