What are some good web hosting sites?

I really need to find a reliable web hosting site that is cheap, because my boss won’t pay much more than 4 bucks a month. I need it to be able to download sites off of Microsoft Publisher 2007 and it needs to be simple to use (because I will be running it, and I’m only 13). It also needs to come with a domain name.

not possible. you can get godaddy for 10 bucks a month and a year of a domain name for 9.99, but why microsoft publisher.. thats not even a good website generator. buy a book, learn some css/xhtml and put together a real site.

Only 1,20€/month..
I don’t like Overselling hosting plain like ‘Unlimited’ Space and BW..
Becouse ALL is limited and if you buy Unlimited and after you see that in the server there are only 20GB disponible shared for all other members? That is not nice.. is like a froude..
