Servers COST money. Maintenance COSTS money. People handling them COST money.
And BANDWIDTH is extremely expensive!
You can find "free" servers, but you will be bombarded by adverts you cannot remove: that is the COST of FREEdom. (but you will NOT get bandwidth – 2m max).
A proper domain costs less than 10€/$/£ per year, and a reasonnable server costs less than 100€/$/£ per year.
If you cnnot afford that, you better stay off the web.
Finally, a word of warning:
There are millions of websites on the net. Why?
Because people (business or not) believe that "the web" is "the" miracle solution for failing or unprofitable businesses.
People think that having a website will bring them hundreds of clients in seconds.
THIS IS NOT THE CASE!
Having a GOOD website can be a sign of "status", but it still will not bring you business.
You STILL need to advertise it locally and regularly.
After six months or so, IF your site is interesting and OFFERs something, then your visitors will increase and the slight chance of getting clients will increase.
You STILL need to submit your site to search engines every month.
You STILL need to develop your site in a professional manner, preferably Web 2.0 style with AJAX interactivity, with e-commerce, credit cards and so on: without it, you have no chance.
And this development of a full blown, professionally designed website is going to cost MUCH MORE than "a free website".
Count on 2 months design and a few thousands (£/$/€) – and don’t expect returns for the first year. Anyone who tells you the contrary is a con-man…
DON’T put your hopes too high: web is NOT the "panacéa universalis" to your lack of sales…

Do not use a free web host with some subdomain. If you site will ever be taken seriously down the road you want your own domain. No one remembers somesite.otehrsite.com know what i mean?
You can get enough bandwidth from most hosts. Also depends on how good your connection is too. Your best bet is just buying nice simple shared hosting plan for liek $4 a month and see how your site runs on it.

Go to the website of whoever manufactured the computer, whether it be Dell, HP, Compaq etc. Then search for your model PC and download the appropriate sound card drivers for your computer.
If it is a custom built PC, go to the website of the company that made the sound card.
Install the new drivers and your problem should be fixed.
