no, but I would suggest that if you are gonna serve MP3 files you can do one of two things.
1) get an off shore host, that dosn’t care what you put on their servers.
2) that you lean how to host on your own and find an ISP that will let you run a server.

Most hosts can do this provided that you have the space to store them. these days there is a huge range of options many costing under $10 a month that could do all of this for you including a domain name for free. Bandwidth may end up being an issue if your going to have thousand of visitors a day downloading or listening to music stream from your website.

There is quite a lot of talk on this but I would say if you are looking to get your website ranking better in Google once it is live then I would say use a .com domain as this will help your website rank better.
If you are going to build a website try and get a host which will allow this feature and it will allow you to make a simple website but it might not rank well.
