You are confused. You need a HOSTING where you INSTALL a WEBSTORE from a SCRIPT.
Really, you need a webmaster to do this for you.

But you need to buy your DOMAIN and some WEBHOSTING.
And ideally you buy the WEBSTORE SCRIPT.
