1. Free
2. will work to start a roll play on
3. is not to terribly hard to set up.

Do you mean ROLE playing?
If yes
Go to twilighters.org then click on twilighters.org chat. People ususallydo role play there but as Twilight characters(Bella Edward ect.)

well I have a group that role plays guys_from_naruto_rock. But you could start one on forums. I’ve never set one up there but it looks pretty simple. I’ll send the website for it later.
