I don’t own a credit card and it’s really annoying, and im not planning on getting one.
Firstly, don’t make a mistake a go with an unreliable web host. I recommend reading reviews so that you may compare and become more familiar with the hosting companies before making a decision. I have many websites and I often visit http://www.top15hosting.com to get familiar with the current top hosts. There you will find the best and cheap website hosting, rankings, and reviews of the top web hosting provider’s worldwide.
Its fine that you don’t have a credit card, I don’t either. When I signed up for the #1 rated company in that site I used the information from my debit card and I had instant access to my hosting account.
You should also be aware of scams and unreliable hosting companies. I have been scammed before but since I started paying attention to the website I just mentioned I’ve been well protected.
Good Luck!
You should be able to use your debit card as a credit card on any website. Type in your info as you would for a credit card and it should be the same thing, unless I am misunderstanding your question.
If you are looking for some good web hosting companies you should consider going to a website like http://www.hostgumbo.com … they have an up to date pricing and features comparison chart for the top 2009 web hosts. The site is free to use and they also run really cool promotions and giveaways. I got a free iTunes gift certificate and highly recommend them.

You could also try a prepaid gift card, Visa and MasterCard are selling them in places like Walgreens and Wal-Mart, a $100 card costs $106. The extra cost is a service charge of 6% or so, part of the incentive for the retailer to hang the card on a stick. Just go to a store and see what’s hanging around.
There is always the possibility that people might have stolen the number off the card, hoping to use it when it gets activated, so you have to use it quickly.
If any small amounts are left over (too small to pay the hosting fees for one month) the site would have to allow you to split the next bill between two card numbers.
If the web hosting site will accept the prepaid gift card you will completely eliminate the need to expose your debit card account to theft. But you will have to continue to buy prepaid gift cards in a timely manner to apply them to your billing, and so the number on the card on month will be different another month, and that could be a big hassle as I have not seen prepaid cards that can be reloaded yet.
There are also prepaid "credit cards" but you still are getting a card (and number) from a bank and have to provide information to the bank, and the fees are outrageously high, but you can reload these too. Fees do seem to be reduced recently, maybe the system is getting more efficient and their costs are getting lower.

I recommend one of these: http://www.hosttell.com/
Powweb has the best offer right now. It’s on a 50% sale – $3.88/month ($46.56/year), and you get a free domain from them. (like http://www.yourwebsite.com)
I bought hosting from them with a debit card so it should work.

I also like FatCow web hosting. I have been with them for a while and I only have goods things to say. You shouldn’t have a problem buying with a debit card because I bought mine using one.

You don’t have to feel really annoying… In fact debit card can be used as a credit card… In order to use your debit card you should have pretty cash in it otherwise you need to add or top-up some cash in your debit card. Please ask the bank customer service how you can add cash money in your debit card. Debit card also known as electronic prepaid card, prepaid master card or prepaid visa card.
Most debit card can be used to buy any products on the internet. However, in some cases debit card can only be used on some chosen department stores, petrol stations, food restaurants and etc. If you are in doubt, please reconfirm again with the bank customer service whether their debit cards are accepted for the online transactions to purchase any products from internet or not. If yes.. then you can use it to buy any products on the internet.

I agree about reading reviews. Now I usually just check Rotten Tomatoes in advance to see how a film is doing. I really enjoy reading reviews afterwards, though. It's like having a chance to chat about the movie with someone afterwards, someone who actually knows a lot about film.
I read one positive review of The Village that talked about how “only 2 of his 5″ films actually had “twist” endings. I'm not sure which two films the reviewer meant (surely The Sixth Sense…and maybe The Village?), but I agree that if you're not constantly trying to guess the ending, [...]
Still gotta call claims and get my stolen money off my debit card back… I can't believe I literally have no money to my name right now.
I don't know why but I have an idea why. The administrators working for Google must be stupid, that's the only explanation I can come up with. I'm having the same problem now, I often search Images and Videos on Google. But now when I want to do that I have to do it the long way. By going to the Google homepage, and then clicking Images or videos, then typing in my search.
Hopefully the administrators at Google will see sense one day and put it back to the old layout, and get rid of that stupid "show options" [...]
I was just searching for this information for a while. After 6 hours of continuous Googleing, finally I got it in your site. I wonder what is the lack of Google strategy that do not rank this type of informative web sites in top of the list. Generally the top web sites are full of garbage.

I don’t trust females at all, but dats just a result of me paying attention to all the women that think like men with the same intentions..
No, "had" is never correct in that phrase. It is possible that the same basic message could be communicated by the phrase "had you paid more attention you would have ____" But the more common-phrase uses "have" since it follows would or could.
