But if you're still getting popups and other spyware and malware artifacts, then you still have an infected computer. I'd update ad-aware and give it another go. If it finds stuff, reboot and rinse and repeat until clean. If it cannot clean the files, I'd try trendmicro.com–they have a free scan tool that's not too shabby.
