are there web hosting sites that allow you to pay monthly?
I’d rather pay monthly than have to pay the whole year up front. Some sites say it’s a certain price a month but then they charge you for 12 months right away. Is there a site that lets you actually pay monthly?

The best web hosting site around is "Yahoo" your site can grow with you. I love it. check it out. For hosting a site whether its for eCommerce or something less complicated. Yahoo offers a great deal and great integration, oh and they charge you monthly.
