I have accounts with Flickr, Photobucket, Yahoo and Webshots for my photo's and I definitely prefer Photobucket out of all of those. It's easy to upload and navigate around and I've never had a problem logging on or uploading which is more than I can say for the others, Doesn't seem to have all the fancy slideshows and rotating boxes though for putting on your blog.
