I used them for a short while, they use vdeck which isn’t great. They recently swtiched some stuff arround and it’s caused people problems.
They also make it very hard to take your site away once you’re with them. I had a lot of fuss trying to deal with them.
I moved to http://www.flowinternet.net/ – very friendly, powerful service, and best of all, it’s free to transfer domains and sites away from them, all automatic and easy.
Prices are good for both but StartLogic can give you a headache.

you would have to purchase your domain name from like godaddy.com, or some domain site. Because you need to use a webserve to host the website. You could use 000webhost.com to host the site and go to dot.tk to point the nameservers to a custom domain name that would be like "mysite.tk" to get a .com or .net you need to purchase it.

post2host is a newer idea in free websites where instead of having ads in your website, you agree to make posts on the forums website.
However this is still a free website with many limitations. Its always better to get your own hosted website.

The system automatically selects returns for manual review, usually because you are taking a new credit that you haven't taken previously or the system found an error (could be a simple math error). It is not an audit.
Mine is also pending review because of a new change in my deductions flagged the system. From what I've found out from others in the same spot it usually doesn't take as long as they say. The website is updated daily, so keep checking back. Once they review it you will be given your refund date.
