I could see many posts which says it WORKS (printing PDF through java) but its unfortunate am not able to connect to the site as it always shows TIMED OUT message.

Well you can try using useful programs, i would recommend Tune Up Utilities because it has many tools that will speed things up, just run a 1 click maintenance check using Tune Up and it will speed things up then clean your hard drive with the Gain Disk Space tool that Tune Up has with it.

At first you must disable Security Tool and you have two options for that: by rebooting your PC into safe mode with networking (press F8 just after reboot) or by pressing ctrl+shift+esc right after logging in into windows. Then, go under processes tab, stop all numerical processes and remove its files by investigating where security tool shorcut points to (it will be on desktop). Finally, reboot the PC and do a full system scan. This will detect any additional problems or files you might have missed.
