I would like to make a Ratings/Review website with many categories for people to choose from based on one certain topic. They can enter in new information or a new product.
Is this possible through Yahoo Site Builder or any other Web Hosting services? Please let me know only if you are certain you know.

If you are asking how to build a website – I cannot answer this on yahoo answers…. it takes alot of reading and practice to learn Html, dreamweaver and the likes.
A hosting service is simply the company that you pay to keep your site available on the internet for others to see. They generally don’t have anything to do with helping you create the site. That must be done first on your own.

Giving bands "free advertising" does not absolve copyright. If that were the case, then torrents, for example, would never be illegal because an infringer could always argue they are giving away the music or movie to promote it.
Essentially, if you do not have permission from the copyright holder, then you are infringing on copyright. It's really as simple as that. If you are doing this to help out the bands, why don't you just ask the bands for permission and avoid this issue altogether?
