Open Internet Explorer

go to Tools> Internet Options>Content Menu >.
In the Personal Information Box Click on "Autocomplete"

Click on "Clear Forms" .

This will solve your problem.

What you have to do is go into your SD card, select the clips you want and copy & paste them onto your desktop. Then click the "import video" button and go to your desktop and click "import"
