I wanna know a good shared web hosting company where it should have the option of hosting multiple domains from a single account.
i request you to please do not answer this by looking at a couple of sites reviewing web hosting. as far as i know they are not true. so it would be better if u have personal experience or just let me know ur suggestion.

But right now I am hosting my site on Hasweb, http://www.hasweb.com/ with their Average plan which gets you 2GB of storage, 35GB of bandwidth but doesn’t support multiple domains, however, that plan is $48 per year. They have additional plans for hosting multiple domains per each account ranging from 1 to 10 domains across all price levels but each one also gets you more storage and bandwidth.
In my experience with Hasweb (I have been with them for a little over a year), the uptime is 99.9% my site has never been down for more than two hours per month, so they are very reliable and have excellent email support, just don’t try to actually call them. All in all, Hasweb is an excellent host but read on for another option that might appeal to you.
Or if you want here is a third option, Dreamhost, http://www.dreamhost.com/shared/comparison.html which is currently offering with their Level 1 hosting, 20GB of storage, 1TB of bandwidth which increases 8GB weekly, 3000 user accounts, unlimited domain and subdomain hosting and it comes to $7.95 per month with a two year pre-payment. I have heard good things about them as well and it would be very hard to beat the deal they are offering right now. That is a limited time offer and I don’t know how long it is good for.

First, you should know that what you're doing is wildly nonstandard. It is a really bad practice for PHP scripts to modify the database schema except in very rare instances. Even scripts that install things like blogging software, etc., generally use a completely separate SQL script to create the schema initially.
In general, this seems poorly thought-out. In a security sense this is a nightmare, especially since you're using the root MySQL user.
That said, the line that's probably giving you trouble is this:

There is already a company that uses Exabyte as a trademark, and since they are already into hardware they would fight your trademark and probably win. They can say that since names are so similar that people will think it was them, not you, who is putting out the software.

You can't merge your accounts, but you can definitely transfer your files to one account from another and then close it out. I doubt it will make your computer faster, though.
